We are a local waste collection and clearance firm based in Machen, between Caerphilly and Newport. We cover the Caerphilly valleys, Cardiff, Newport, Penarth, Barry and the villages in between – and we are close enough to most of it to be there the same day.

We publish our prices
Almost nobody in this area will tell you anything about cost until they are stood on your drive. We publish what we can – bags from £3, fridges from £15 – and for anything bigger you send one photo and get a firm figure back the same day, without having to ring round or wait in for a visit. No call-out fees, no hidden extras
There are firms covering this patch advertising a small load at £25 who then add a call-out charge of nearly £60. There are others who charge £10 a flight of stairs and £30 for carrying more than ten metres. We do not do any of that. The price we quote is the price you pay, and if we get it wrong that is our problem, not yours.
We tell you when we are not the answer
If the council will do it cheaper – and for single items they usually will – we will tell you. If a skip makes more sense for your job, we will say so. If your sofa is clean and still has its fire label, a reuse charity may take it away for nothing and you should ring them first. We would rather give you a straight answer and be the firm you come back to.
Licensed, and easy to check
We are registered with Natural Resources Wales as an upper tier waste carrier, and our registration number is in the footer of every page so you can check it on the public register. We would encourage you to check it – and to check anybody else you are thinking of using. Here is how.

Where we came from
The business started out as a clearance service and grew into waste collection because that is what people kept asking for – first in Machen and Bedwas, then across the borough, and now down into Cardiff and Newport most days of the week. Some of our older customers know us as Supreme Clean Removals, and the vans have carried that name too. Same firm, same phone number, same people.
