You do not need to drag anything out to the kerb, and you do not need to be strong enough to lift a sofa on your own.
Every job includes collection, all the loading, transport, disposal at a permitted site and the paperwork. There is no call-out fee and nothing added on the day.
What we clear
House clearance

Builders waste, rubble and muck away
Rubble, tiles, hardcore, soil and plasterboard from building work. Priced by weight rather than volume, because that is what actually limits the van. Builders waste and muck away.

Fridge and freezer disposal
Fridges and freezers are hazardous waste and cannot legally be tipped into a mixed load. We take them upright and undamaged to a permitted treatment facility for degassing. From £15 an item. Fridge and freezer disposal.
Sofa and mattress removal
Upholstered furniture is handled separately under POPs rules – which is exactly why a skip firm will not let you put a sofa in a skip. Priced from a photo. Sofas and mattresses.
Rip outs and strip outs
Old kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, fitted wardrobes and shop fittings taken out and cleared in the same visit, ready for the new trade to start. Rip outs.
Commercial and trade waste
Shops, offices, landlords, letting agents and builders. Waste transfer notes issued every time, so your duty of care records are in order. Commercial waste.
What we cannot take
We would rather tell you now than turn up and refuse it:
- Asbestos of any kind. Much of this is licensed work under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 and needs an HSE-licensed contractor.
- Gas bottles and cylinders. Take these back to your supplier – most take them back free.
- Chemicals, solvents, oils and fuel.
- Clinical or medical waste.
- Tyres. These are banned from landfill and need a specialist carrier.
If you have got any of those, ring us anyway and we will tell you who does handle it locally. It costs us nothing to point you in the right direction.
How the price works
We charge by how much space your waste takes up in the van, not by the hour and not by the item. Bagged household waste is from £3 a bag and fridges and freezers from £15 an item; anything larger is quoted by the load. Heavy waste like rubble is priced by weight instead, because a van hits its legal weight limit long before it is physically full.
