Prices
Every price we charge, published in full. No call-out fee, no gate fee, nothing added on the day. What you are quoted is what you pay.

Builders waste, rubble and muck away
Heavy waste is priced by weight, not volume - a van can be legally full at a third of its space.
| What we are collecting | Roughly how much | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Rubble, tiles, soil or hardcore Tell us roughly how much there is and we will price it | By weight | Quoted |
| Site strip-out or rip-out Kitchens, bathrooms, flooring and fittings taken out and cleared | Per job | Quoted on site |
House clearance
Whole-property clearances, including probate and end of tenancy. Quoted after a free look round or from your photos.
| What we are collecting | Roughly how much | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Flats and houses, any size Furniture, white goods and general contents, loft and garage included | Whole property | Free quote |
What is always included. Collection, all the loading and carrying, transport, disposal at a permitted site, and a written record of what we took if you want one. You do not need to move anything to the kerb first and you do not need to be there, as long as we can get to it.
What can change a price. Very heavy loads - rubble, soil, tiles - are priced by weight rather than space, because a van is legally full on weight long before it is full on volume. Beyond that, the only surprises are the ones you tell us about: if there is a lot more than the photo showed, we will agree a new price with you before we start, not after.

Worth knowing
How we compare locally
Your council
Cheaper per item, and worth using if you can wait. But it is kerbside only - you carry it out yourself - there is a waiting list, and the refusal list is long: no building materials, no garden waste, no tyres, no paint.
A skip
A 6-yard skip in Cardiff runs £132–£220, plus £88 for a permit if it goes on the road. You do all the loading, it sits there for a week, and sofas, fridges and electricals are not allowed in it.
Us
One fixed price, all in. We do the lifting, it is gone the same day, and you only pay for the space you actually use. For a big load of rubble a skip may still win - we will tell you if it does.
FAQs
Questions about pricing
Is the price you quote me the price I actually pay?
Yes. There is no call-out fee and no charge for loading. The only time a price changes is if there is materially more than you described, and we agree that with you before we start rather than putting it on the invoice afterwards.
Do you add VAT?
No. We are not VAT registered, so the price you see is the final price. There is nothing to add.
Why is rubble priced differently to everything else?
Because heavy waste is limited by weight, not space. A van has a legal weight limit, and a load of rubble, soil or tiles will hit that limit when the van is only a third full. Charging you for a full load of volume you have not used would not be fair, so we price heavy waste by weight instead.
How do I know how much a quarter load is?
Easiest thing is to send a photo - stand back far enough to get everything in one shot and we will tell you exactly which band you are in and what it costs. As a rough guide, a quarter load is about 12 to 15 filled bin bags, or a small bedroom emptied.
Do you charge more for stairs or difficult access?
No. Some firms add £10 a flight or £30 for carrying over ten metres. We do not - if we have quoted you, that is the price whether it is in the front garden or the back bedroom. Just mention the access when you get in touch so we bring the right kit.
Can I pay by card?
Yes - card, bank transfer or cash, whichever suits. Payment is on completion, once you are happy with the job.
Not sure which load size you need?
Send us one photo and we will tell you exactly what band you are in and what it costs. It takes about thirty seconds.
Seven days a week, including bank holidays, 07:00 to 19:00.
