The council collection
Vale of Glamorgan Council runs a bulky waste collection at £30 for three items plus £5.50 for each additional item, up to a maximum of five. If you can wait for a slot and you can get the items out to the kerb yourself, it is cheaper than we are and you should use it. Where it falls down is that it is kerbside only, there is a limit on items, and the refusal list is long - no building materials, no garden waste, no tyres, no paint, no car parts.

Getting to you
Mostly wide residential streets with driveways, which makes it an easy village to work in. The older part of the village near the common has narrower lanes. Long gardens are common here, so allow for a decent carry - which we do not charge for.
